Our special events coordinator is looking for an event software. Some options that she sent over to were Social Tables, Planning Pod, and Cad Planners. She likes that the layout options are customizable and you can upload photos of event spaces. Have any on you had any experience with any of these? Can you recommend another one?
You may want to look at eSpace by Cool Solutions Group. It has the added advantage of being able to work with many ChMSes, HVAC systems, security locks, and lighting systems.
