We’re looking to roll out a online scheduling platform for prayer requests so we can pray for people via video conference. We’ll have multiple people praying at the same time on multiple video conferences (one-on-one), but want to have a single intake and scheduling form.
Any suggestions?
We use Office 365 Team for conference video calls. It has been working well we us using remote work now.
We use Microsoft Forms or JotForm for all of our online forms.
JotForm has a cool “Appointment Slot” widget that lets you assign a set number of slots to a day or hour. Each submission will decrement the chosen slot by one.
JotForm is pretty generous with their free accounts although our usage has grown way past that.
