does anyone have any links to videos or documentation for the end users? I’d like to add some simple training stuff to our knowledge base but don’t want to reinvent the wheel.

I am liking your post @DeHoff - Not because of the good content (it is), but because the sharepoint link is not only three times as long as either of the other two, but also includes not one, but two entirely seperate GUIDs.

Ah sharepoint. I desperately hope you will someday change.
