We are a part-time IT team/ministry and have a role that would report to me and would be 8 to 12 hours week paid.
We have a candidate in mind, but wanted to ask the community what interview questions do you ask in these kind of situations and any that are more church focused and not IT (business/corporate) focused which is where I come from.
