Yes. We are a current customer but are looking to switch to Subsplash. CCA has been solid for us for years. We are just looking to take advantage of some more robust notifications and some (future) Rock RMS integrations on the Subsplash side. CCA is about half the cost of Subsplash though.
My only two complaints with CCA is 1) there doesn’t seem to be much in the way of new feature develpement, and 2) help articles are scarce and support is usually a 48 hour turn around (meaning you email a question and get a response in around 48 hours or more).
