I’ve been trying to delete an O365 SharePoint file that has a label that’s protecting it. i get the following error: “the label that’s applied to this item prevents it from being edited or deleted”. I’ve been trying to follow solutions present on the net but i can’t find the label on the file. I was looking in the properties but it has no Label property. It’s an old Adobe License agreement.
Try raising a support ticket with Microsoft in your Admin section. They should be able to find a solution for you.
