We are looking for options and technology to allow us to print and use wristbands for events. We would like to use them for checkin and tracking youth to, from and during an event (like summer camp). I am interested in any feedback/suggestions/experience you might have had with this.

Are you thinking NFC (tap to check in/out) or Bluetooth (longer range)? Either should be do-able, but it seems a bit like choosing a tech and then trying to fit an application on top of it rather than applying technology to a problem.
What ChMS are you using already? Some ChMS’ can use different size labels for different types of events, including designing a label ala wristband.
We make an entire system for VBS wristbands , it really depends on your software and whether it will print to a 2 x 1 Label
