Question for Teamwork Desk Users

Question for those using Teamwork Desk:

Do you have a system in place/procedure for when YOU go on vacation — tickets can still come in but someone who’s filling in for you also sees them?

What’s your process for when you’re out of the office?

We don’t really have that issue because more than one user gets notified of new tickets in all of our help desks… no one person is the sole recipient.

But for a one man shop it would be trivial to have another user on the inbox “ready to go” and just turn on notifications for them when you need to. They could even answer tickets completely via email without needing to access teamwork while you’re gone so they wouldn’t have to “use teamwork” per se.
