We resolved the Brother printer issues with a call from MP’s support. Stephen and Don were on the call.
Brother printers actually have two places for settings. One for the current user and one for all users / defaults.
Changing the settings for the logged in user doesn’t work for new checkin because it prints using the NetServices user.
To change the defaults for all users, go to Printers, click Printer Properties, Advanced, Printing Defaults and then set the correct width.
We’ve been buying 2.4 inch labels for the Brother printers. Use that width and a length of 3.00".
Also, set Orientation to Landscape.
Finally, go to the label set and make sure it’s set to Landscape as well.
