MacBook Air M1 chips with Zoom

I am planning to purchase the new MacBook Air M1 chip models. Anyone have tried the basic entry model with Zoom and Virtual Backgrounds? Does the entry model perform well?

We’ve had no issues with this.

I’ve been using the cheapest M1 based MacBook Air and the few Zoom calls and hundreds of Teams calls I’ve been on have been noticeably better than my previous Intel MBP with touch bar.

Are the cameras better on the M1 than Intel? Heard a lot of complaints about video calls and Air front facing camera being blurry.
