We have a UniFi Protect system at 2 of our campuses, and they consistently disconnect and reconnect, blocking our safety team from remote access.
I know their products aren’t the best, but we believe they shouldn’t have as many problems as they do, and many of the problems might be caused by local network configurations. I’m not 100% sure how to track down things being “weird” so I wouldn’t be surprised if I could simply reach out to any of the CITN network vendors, but I was wondering if anyone here has worked with CITN vendors that do networking and understand UniFi Protect.
