How to choose a new video camera

Our church is beginning video camera use for our services. We will initially use the camera for two purposes: (1) A camera in the sanctuary that will connect to our matrix switcher via HDMI and display on TVs in the foyer and kids area (2) The ability to take that same camera mobile to our baptism area and display the live feed wireless back to our matrix switcher.

I’m looking for some recommendations on popular cameras for churches and also maybe a good vendor to work with.
