We just added a second IT staff member, so it’s the right time to start using a helpdesk/ticketing solution. Ideally, I’m looking for Microsoft Teams integration to help drive Teams adoption in our church. I know the spiceworks system out there is free, and so that’s our baseline, but has anyone used anything in Teams?
I use spiceworks and teams. I have a helpdesk channel under our staff team and then I added a tab to the channel which allowed me to embed spiceworks into the tab. This way the staff uses teams to access the helpdesk. You could also create a microsoft form for your help desk and use microsoft flow (I think they changed the name recently) to do things like automate who the helpdesk ticket goes to.
