Donor Communication

We’re wanting to use a system to track communication with those who have chosen to sow into our church. We want to thank them with a card. What sort of donor management software, for lack of better phrase, is everyone using? Is it integrated with your giving solution?

We currently have CCB and we’re looking at donor management software and CRM software such as Salesforce.

If you have another solution you’re using I’d love to hear about it.

Hi Steve,
Our giving information is captured in our Chms, Ministry Platform. Our member management coordinators and Finance team can create views based on specific giving criteria, and communicate with our members, (donors) in a variety of ways.
Ministry Platform keeps track of messages.
Am I missing something in your question? I’m not familiar with CCB, but I would think it could do something similar.
