I’m looking for ideas for a calendar application for a church and school that share the same facility. It needs to handle room reservations, approvals, and integrate with other systems (ChMS, SIS, Doors, HVAC, Google Calendar). We use Elexio Community for a ChMS but are satisfied with their calendar.
eSPACE is an option.
I used eSpace for several years and liked it very much. Our building hosts a lot of community events and private functions, as well as church events. eSpace really helped in preventing scheduling conflicts and allocating resources. We moved to a different ChMS which has events included and resources included, otherwise I would still be using eSpace.
Yes, we went with eSPACE and overall have been satisified.
