The keynotes were extremely well-done and thought-provoking. It’s so easy to get caught up in WHAT we’re doing that we lose sight of WHY and HOW we’re doing it. The keynotes stepped outside of the details of I.T. to address a lot of those things.

I’m with David 100% - Over the past 3 or 4 years I have been paying a lot of focused attention on both the Why and the How. While technical proficiency can’t be overlooked, it is far more widespread and accessible than good leadership and culture building resources. To that end I really appreciated the keynotes, as well as the newspring academy classes.
All around though - A+
