What is everyone using to track benevolence requests? Right now we’re just using email and want to improve/upgrade our process.
RockRMS (our ChMS of choice) has a fine benevolence system built-in.

We have a very specialized process of approvals and followups and was able to make Shelby Arena fit that need very nicely. So, start with your ChMS and see if it can do what you need.
